A program for children, ages 8-15, who have experienced a traumatic event such as a natural disaster, accident, violence, and who suffers from moderate to severe levels of Post Traumatic Stress.
A preventative, school-based program that is free to children ages 11-14. Program goals are to teach children about harmful effects of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco.
A free 12-week group to assist parents of adolescents and teens ages 9-18 with the challenges of parenthood. Group meetings are held on Wednesdays from 7p.m.-8:30p.m.

An adolescent male group ages 14-17 and is designed to address anger management issues and to gain coping mechanisms for their everyday life.
Second Step
A group for girls ages 14-17. This group is a life skills group. Its goal is to increase self-esteem, confidence, and manage emotions.
A group for children diagnosedwith ADD & ADHD ages 10-16.
The goal of the program is to increase awareness of the disorder
and is designed to help children learn skills to succeed in their
family and school environment.
An eight week adolescent prevention program teaching personal and social skills that promote resiliency and positive youth development which help children to make appropriate life decisions.
Adult Anger Management
Participants learn effective ways to manage anger, stop violence or the threat of violence, and to develop self-control over thoughts & actions. The group also receives feedback and support from other members.
This group is for adolescents ages 13-17 and is designed to help those struggling with substance abuse issues. The group meets on Wednesdays at 4p.m. and lasts 16 weeks.
A program designed to educate children to react in a non-aggressive, non-violent way to the conflicts in their daily life. They will learn the skills necessary to become healthy, happy and productive individuals.
